Lancing College is seeking to appoint a committed, energetic, and enthusiastic Housemistress of Manor House for January 2018 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

The successful applicant will be a well-qualified and inspirational teacher with the ability to teach one of the academic subjects offered at Lancing College. The post may particularly suit a candidate who has career interests and ambitions to move into a pastoral role in senior management.

It is essential that the appointed person has a clear understanding of the pastoral provision required in a boarding environment and should be willing to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of this busy boarding school.
