Purchasing Administrator

Location: High Wycombe HP11 1PE


Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Closing date: 1 September 2017


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, experienced and able administrator to administrate and deliver the day to day purchasing function for the Estates department and to achieve best value in reducing costs.

The Purchasing Administrator will provide a strategic, efficient and flexible procurement service, develop knowledge and expertise in the creation of tender documentation and liaise with suppliers on pricing queries.

The successful applicant will ideally hold a CIPS Certificate in Procurement and Supply, have previous experience in a similar position and possess excellent IT skills, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail.
